MD Medical Group is one of the leading players in the Russian private healthcare market. Today MD Medical Group comprises 56 state-of-the-art medical centers, including 11 multifunctional hospitals and 45 clinics which operate in 33 cities in Russia.

The Company offers a wide range of high-quality medical services, covering such demanded areas as cardiology, oncology, surgery, trauma, OBGYN, obstetrics and pediatrics.

MD Medical Group is a public listed compnay. From November 9, 2020 till May 23, 2024 the Company's GDRs (ticker - "MDMG") were traded on the Moscow Exchange.

On 17 June 2024 due to completion of automatic conversion of securities after the Company's redomiciliation to Russia, trading in ordinary shares of MD Medical Group IPJSC started on Moscow Exchange.
